Conference
Abstracts & Applications Guidelines
The Conference
Abstracts & Applications (CAA), a four-color catalog and accompanying
CD-ROM, documents work accepted to the SIGGRAPH 2001 Educators
Program, Emerging Technologies, Panels, and Sketches & Applications.
Accepted submissions will be allowed one page (approx. 400
words with two images) to document their work. Full contact
information will be printed. Presentations that exceed these
limits and supplemental materials will be published on an
appropriate SIGGRAPH 2001 CD_ROM.
The original
text and slides submitted will be used for the CAA. However,
accepted presenters will receive, via email, a CAA Verification
letter from Katie Rylander, Emerging Technologies Program
Coordinator. At that time you will be able to submit any corrections
to the text and images originally submitted or submit new
text and/or images. Please note if you do not submit changes
or new information by the deadline, the information you originally
submitted will be used in the catalog. If you do not receive
this form 3-4 days after your acceptance notification, please
contact Katie at katie_rylander@siggraph.org.
The following
link is a sample layout page for the SIGGRAPH 2001 CAA to
assist you in submitting text and/or images. You will have
one chance to review your CAA page as it will look in print.
PDF files of your page will be sent for your review around
18 April 2001. Please contact Katie at katie@siggraph.org
if you do not receive this file..
